Openapi Schema-state
Create a deterministic structural SHA-256 fingerprint for one public OpenAPI or Swagger contract and optionally compare it with a caller-provided prior hash. The projection keeps machine contract structure while ignoring documentation annotations, examples and vendor extensions; it never executes an API operation.
